Andrea's path to property wasn't a straight line — a former emergency-department nurse, a triathlete who raced at the ITU World Championships, and someone who came through open-heart surgery. That journey is exactly why her clients trust her with one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.

From the bedside to your side

Andrea started out in ward nursing before spending two years in the Emergency Department at Tan Tock Seng Hospital — one of the most demanding environments in healthcare. It taught her to stay calm under pressure, triage what truly matters, and diagnose before prescribing. She treats a property decision the same way: understanding your full situation first, laying out the honest trade-offs, and never pushing a deal you'll regret.

A diagnosis of her own

In 2017, a routine visit to the doctor for back pain uncovered something Andrea never expected — a hole in the heart she'd had since birth. It led to open-heart surgery that same year. Coming through it has a way of clarifying what actually matters: a home is never just a transaction — it's where a family's life happens.

The comeback of a triathlete

Most people would have eased off. Andrea did the opposite. In 2018 — barely a year after open-heart surgery, and while still nursing — she picked up triathlon, and in 2019 she lined up at the ITU World Championships in Lausanne. Swim, bike, run rewards preparation, pacing and a refusal to quit. She brings exactly that discipline to her clients: doing the homework most agents skip, and going the full distance on the details.

A new calling

Andrea eventually left nursing to care for her first-born. When she turned to real estate, she sat her salesperson (RES) exams and passed on her first attempt — then set about doing the job the way she'd done everything else: thoroughly, honestly, and with genuine care. As a mother of three, she understands that the numbers have to work and the life around them has to work too.
